Annual Congregational Meeting Update

The health of our congregation is our number one priority. Due to the current public health situation because of the COVID-19 pandemic, we will be postponing our annual congregational meeting until further notice. We have received authorization from the federal government for this delay. We will continue to monitor the situation, government rules and public health recommendations and will inform the congregation of the new congregational meeting as appropriate.

We also know the importance of keeping the congregation up to date on the church’s status, and the ministries that continue to run during these unprecedented times. Instead, we’ll be hosting a Virtual Town Hall on Sunday, June 28 from 2:00 pm to 3:30pm.

教會會友的健康始終是我們的頭等大事。鑒於當前新冠肺炎疫情導致的嚴峻公共衛生形勢，我們決定推遲召開今年的會友大會。現在我們已經得到了聯邦政府的書面批准，允許我們教會推遲今年的會友大會。我們會繼續關注有關情況、政府的規定及公共衛生部門的建議，並在適當情況下通知大家何時召開新的會友大會。

我們也知道讓會友及時瞭解教會目前的處境非常重要，並希望讓會友及時瞭解在這個特殊時期教會繼續進行的各項事工。所以，我們將在6月28日(周日)下午2:00-3:30舉辦一個虛擬的網上教會公共集會（Virtual Town Hall），向大家報告教會各項情況，但不會有選舉執事等必須由會友大會決定的事情。現在已經開始註冊了，請訪問我們教會的網站並註冊報名參加這次會議。
