2022 Tax Receipt Information

We will be issuing 2022 tax receipts over the next few weeks. There are three ways to receive tax receipts: in person pick up at CECC (Sundays, starting March 5), email, or mail.

If you are new to the church, have not receive a tax receipt in the past two years, have changed your address, or would like to change the way you receive your receipt, please fill out this form:

If you received a receipt last year, would like to receive it in the same manner, and do not have any changes to your address, you do not need to fill out the form, and your receipt will be issued in the same manner as last year.
